All missing content will <br /> be filled on diagram. <br /> 2. #613,#706- Adequate secondary containment has been provided for all <br /> aboveground petroleum storage containers. <br /> 3. #618- Records are on site for the inspections for the last three years. Any <br /> document that is missing will be found and placed on site. <br /> 4. #619-All requirements for training will be covered and written under "subjects <br /> covered." Personnel will be completely trained on all protocols of the corrected <br /> SPCC Plan. <br /> 5. #621-All briefings will be highlighted and describe any known charges or failures, <br /> malfunctioning components, and any recently developed precautionary measures. <br /> 6. #624-The SPCC Plan has been revised to correct all violations in previous plan and <br /> submitted for review. <br /> 7. #714-All tanks meet the requirement of having an allowed high level monitoring <br /> device. <br /> 8. #715-All necessary testing of liquid level sensing devices are being conducted. <br /> 9. #717-All leaks have been fixed, pooled discharges cleaned and managed <br /> according to the California Code Of Regulations Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. <br /> 10. #723-All aboveground valves, piping, and appurtenances have been inspected and <br /> have ensured inspections are done regularly. <br /> 11. #724- Documentation/ records will be found on the buried piping and submitted for <br /> review. <br /> 12. #725- Warning Signs have been posted throughout the facility to prevent vehicles <br /> from damaging aboveground piping and appurtenances. <br /> 13. #708 from 2016 inspection- Records of drainage from diked areas are being kept. <br /> Gemco will ensure that the contaminated rainwater will be disposed properly. <br />
