See 3.7 "Integrity testing"
stating that annual visual inspections will be performed using the form provided in Appendix D.
I am attaching this Appendix D/Form STI SP001 for you to see Question 10.1, related to testing of liquid level sensing
device on annual basis.
Respectfully,
Svetlana AHL
Hazardous Material Specialist
Deuel Vocational Institution
tel: (209)835-4149 ex. 5092
fax.- (209)830-3931
e-mail: Svetlana.Ahl@cdcr.ca.gov
From: Aaron Hang [EH] [mailto:ahang@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, January 03, 2018 9:37 AM
To: Ahl, Svetlana@CDCR
Subject: RE: Aboveground tank inspection at 23500 Kasson Rd, on 5/24/16
Good morning Svetlana,
I appreciate the response. There are a few issues still.
1) For violation 301 — The violation was written regarding a rental generator. We will need to have a statement
regarding that rental generator. If that rental generator is still onsite, then it will need to be a part of the SPCC
plan. if it is a part of the SPCC plan, please direct me to the name and location of the rental generator.
2) For violation 303 —This violation was similar, in regards to the rental generator. Please see the above comment.
3) For violation 604 — No facility diagram was attached in the SPCC plan. Please submit a facility diagram that has
all required components.
4) For violation 613 — Please submit the inspection records for review.
5) For violation 717 —The SPCC plan does not address the testing frequency of liquid level sensing devices.
6) For violation 727 — Please resend the test results.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Aaron Hang
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County,
