There are a few issues still. <br />1) For violation 301—The violation was written regarding a rental generator. We will need to have a statement <br />regarding that rental generator. If that rental generator is still onsite, then it will need to be a part of the SPCC <br />plan. If it is a part of the SPCC plan, please direct me to the name and location of the rental generator. <br />2) For violation 303 —This violation was similar, in regards to the rental generator. Please see the above comment. <br />3) For violation 604 — No facility diagram was attached in the SPCC plan.
