• RECEIVED <br /> AUG 14 2014 <br /> • ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> INTRODUCTION DEPARTMENT <br /> HMT Inspection, a division of HMT Inc., provided on-site inspection services in <br /> accordance with API Standard 653 guidelines for Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs)to <br /> establish the current condition of Tank No. T-6101 at the Pacific Ethanol Stockton <br /> Facility in Stockton, CA. <br /> This report is being provided to document these inspection findings based on the <br /> inspections performed and to summarize the evaluation of the AST assessment in <br /> accordance with the guidelines of API 653 as applicable. <br /> The owner/ user is ultimately responsible for establishing the final suitability for service <br /> of Tank No. T-6101 using the current condition of this tank as detailed herein and the <br /> decisions made by the owner / user in satisfying API 653 guidelines for continued <br /> operation / repair / alteration / modification as appropriate, subject to the following <br /> conditions being met: <br /> 1. That the owner / user review, evaluate and implement the recommendations set <br /> forth in Section 2.0, Summary and Repair Recommendations, of this report or, the <br /> owner/ user determines that no action(s) need be taken prior to continued service <br /> and such decision(s) are documented in the AST historical record file. <br /> • 2. That the owner/ user adhere to the safe fill height recommendations given herein <br /> in Section 2.0 for continued service until such time as tank operating conditions <br /> change or another inspection assessment per API 653 guidelines determines that <br /> an adjustment in safe operating height for this tank should be made. <br /> HMT Inspection provided the following personnel: <br /> ;;41__ <br /> Michael T.
