2 <br />(3) Item 18 - No facility diagram or diagram failed <br />to show location and contents of each <br />container, transfer station and connecting pipes. <br />Corrective Action: The SPCC Addendum in our <br />current plan shows a diagram of Area "C" (see <br />enclosure D) where some 55 gallon drums are <br />stored. It also lists the types of products that <br />are stored in this area. Warehouse 28 will be <br />added to the Addendum with the product type and <br />storage capacities. Finally, as a receiving and <br />shipping installation, our product storage <br />locations may change slightly, daily. A current <br />listing of products, locations and capacities is <br />available upon request. <br />(4) Item 19 - SPCC Plan failed to include <br />descriptions of product type and storage capacity <br />for each container. Corrective Action: As a <br />receiving and shipping facility, our description <br />of product and the storage capacity may change on <br />a daily basis. A "live time" query of product, <br />capacity and location is available upon request <br />from the area manager where the material is <br />stored. <br />(5) Item 24 - SPCC Plan failed to include required <br />contact list and phone numbers of the facility's <br />response coordinator, cleanup contractors and <br />the agencies to notify in case of discharge. <br />Corrective Action: A pen and ink change was <br />made to the SPCC Master Plan showing the correct <br />phone # for the San Joaquin County Office of <br />Emergency Services (see enclosure E). The flow <br />chart located two pages after the title page <br />will be changed to indicate that the Fire Chief <br />or his appointed Deputy is the Incident <br />Commander. Additional details including <br />emergency contacts and phone numbers may be <br />found at (enclosure F & G) of the report. <br />(6) Item 29 - Failed to provide explanation, provide <br />Periodic integrity testing of containers and/or <br />periodic integrity and leak testing for valves <br />and piping for containment or discharge <br />prevention structures that were determined to be <br />
