<br /> 8. As used in this Deposition Subpoena for Production of Business Records, the
<br /> term "UHRE"means Lf-Haul Real Pstate.
<br /> 9. As used in this Deposition Subpoena for Production of Business Records, the
<br /> term °BUSINESS PLAN" shall have the definition provided at California Health and
<br /> Safety Code Seation 25501 (e). health and Safety Code Section 25501(e) provides:
<br /> "Business pian"means a separate plan,for each facility, site, or branch of a business that
<br /> meets the requirements of Section 25504 (a) (c).
<br /> 10. As used in this Deposition Subpoena for Production of Business Records, the
<br /> term "HAZARDOUS MATERIAL" and "HAZARDOUS MATERIALS" shall have
<br /> the definitions provided at Health & Safety Code section 25501(0). Health & Safety
<br /> Code Section 25501(o) provides: "Hazardous material'means any anterial that, because
<br /> of its quantity, concentration, or piaysical or chemical characteristics, poses a significant
<br /> present or potential hazard to Duman health and safely or to the environment if released
<br /> into the workplace or the erjvironment. "H'azat•dous materials" include, but are not
<br /> limited to,hazardous substanoes, hazardous waste, and any material that a handler or the
<br /> administering agency has a reasonable basis for believing would be injurious to the health
<br /> and safety of persons or harmful to the environment if released into the workplace or the
<br /> environment.
<br /> 11. As used in the Deposition Subpoena for Production of Business Records,the term
<br /> "COMMUNICATIONS" means every disclosure, transfer, exchange or transmission of
<br /> information,whether oral or written, and whether face to face or by telecommunications,
<br /> computer,retail, facsimile, or otherwise between YOU and/or from YOU to UHC, UHI,
<br /> APX4, AMERCO, and/ox UIIRF,.

<br /> For each of the FACILITIES set forth [herein) or [in Exhibit A hereto] provide
<br /> the following DOCUMENTS reccivul by you during, or applicable to, the period of
<br /> January 1,2000 to the present:

<br /> 2. All corrected, revised,amended and/or modified BUSINESS PLAN'S for each of
<br /> the FACILITIES,
<br /> 3. All certifications pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 25503.3 (c) and
<br /> California Code of Rcgulatiolis, Title 19, section 2729.5 for each of the FACILITIES,
