After reading through the EPA regulatory <br />guidance document, the document has similar language as that contained in the SPCC plan for the environmental <br />equivalence. Based on this, violation #602 has been removed. This amended inspection report supersedes any other <br />previous versions of the report. <br />FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, <br />and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators.
