He said the diesel leak
detector and smart sensors (high liquid alarm) S2 and S4 passed retests without install of new parts. The 91 turbine
sump brine reservoir was also reinstalled on the sump wall. I need to witness a retest by a certified technician of the
diesel line leak detector and the S2 and S4 liquid sensors. I also would like to see the 91 turbine sump brine reservoir.
My time to witness the retest will be charged to Chevron but no repair permit is required. Please schedule the retest of
the above noted components.
Thank you,
Garrett Backus
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205
Phone: (209) 468-2986
Fax: (209) 468-3433
Email: gbackus@sicehd.com
-----Original Message -----
From: Calalang, Pauline [CSI][mailto:PaulineCalalang@chevron.com]
Sent: Wednesday, April 24, 2013 4:58 PM
To: Garrett Backus [EH]
Subject: Re: Chevron - 10858 Trinity Parkway Stockton - UST inspection report
Garrett, I already contacted our servicing contractor to perform an investigation and make a necessary action.
