FIRST AID PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY TREATMENT <br />In all cases of poisoning, follow standard procedures for poison <br />management, first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Whenever <br />transporting a poisoned person to a hospital, bring the container, label, <br />or other information concerning the product (without delaying transport) <br />to assist medical personnel with diagnosis and treatment. Four different <br />routes of exposure and their respective first aid/poison managements are <br />outlined 'below: <br />Inaestion: <br />o Dilute the poison by offering and encouraging the person to drink <br />one cr two glassfuls of water or milk. Do not use carbonated <br />fluids.
