PUBLIC NOTICE <br />NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br />SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br />NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the <br />remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br />620 San Juan (APN# 133-390-01-1), in the City of. Stockton, has been <br />reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br />Environmental Health Division. The plan is a proposal for <br />mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br />to an unauthorized release associated with the underground storage <br />tank that was located on the property. <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br />Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br />determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br />Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br />create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br />benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br />The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br />Environmental Health Division, 445 N.
