(RESNA) has been authorized by Mrs. Zona Corrigan <br />to proceed with additional subsurface investigation at the above referenced site. <br />A total of four soil borings will be installed in the vicinity of the former diesel tank location to <br />further delineate lateral and vertical petroleum hydrocarbons documented at the site. The <br />proposed locations of three borings are shown in Figure 1. The placement of the fourth boring <br />will be determined during drilling. activities based upon field. observations (odor, discoloration). <br />All .field work will be performed in accordance with RESNA's Preliminary Report dated June <br />17,.1991 which was approved by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br />Health Division (PHS/EHD) via. correspondence -dated September 13, 1991. <br />Drilling will be performed under permit no. 92-1042 which was approved by PHS/EHD on May <br />13,°:19.92.
