Corrigan Property IN REPLY REFER TO SITE CODE: 2001 <br />620 San Juan <br />Stockton, CA <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the <br />Preliminary Report dated June 17, 1991, submitted by WaterWork Corporation and has the following <br />comments. <br />Quarterly monitoring reports are required to be submitted to PHS/EHD and the Central Valley Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) pursuant to Section 2652(d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br />Regulations. Water sample results of all monitoring wells are to be included in the quarterly monitoring <br />reports. This information should be used, along with groundwater level and gradient data, to base future <br />groundwater investigative work. <br />In accordance with Tri -Regional Guidelines, the full horizontal and vertical extent of soil and groundwater <br />contamination must be defined. Only the soil contamination problem is being addressed in the proposed <br />work included in the report. Although work can be done in phases, it must be understood that the <br />groundwater investigation must proceed in a timely manner. The full lateral extent of the groundwater <br />contamination plume must be defined and one of the monitoring wells must be placed in the verified <br />downgradient direction. <br />The proposed work can be scheduled to begin upon approval of the permit application.
