All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />And in addition <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />6. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval. Note: If an extension to the expiration <br />date is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration <br />date. <br />7. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br />bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />8.
