Tanknology tested the diesel line on <br />12/28/07 and the test failed (see pdf attachment). Were repairs made and was the line retested? <br />I am also sending the monitoring plan that you submitted back on January 24, 08. The plan does not have the <br />correct address and does not include the tank overfill prevention method. I believe the overfill prevention method <br />is "automatic tank gauge (ATG) set at 90% with audio/visual alarm." The overfill prevention method should be <br />included in section X. of the monitoring plan. <br />Please use the new monitoring plan form (also attached) which has some new sections. Also note that section <br />VII. has the secondary containment testing requirement checked.
