Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201-2009 <br />RE: Re -Sample Workplan - 239 South Stockton Street, Ripon, CA. <br />Dear Michael: <br />Pursuant to our conversation regarding obtaining additional <br />samples at the subject location to confirm the level of lead <br />present, I have received "Notice To Proceed" from Mr. Jim Shiflet <br />of E. Z. Serve Corporation. I have also advised Mr. Bob Madsen <br />of our intent to obtain new analytical data. <br />We propose the following plan to facilitate sample collection: <br />1. All activities shall be coordinated with Pubic <br />Health Services, Environmental Health Department <br />Inspector, minimum 24 hour notice. <br />2. Excavate two (2) 2' x 6' x 14' holes to obtain <br />samples. (Sample locations are S1 and S2 as in- <br />dicated on the attached map). <br />3. Sampling shall be performed by GEOANALYTICAL Lab- <br />oratories of Modesto, CA. as directed by Public <br />Health Services, Environmental Health Department <br />Inspector. <br />4. Samples shall be analyzed for TTLC - total lead. <br />5. The holes shall be backfilled and mechanically <br />compacted upon completion of sampling. <br />
