Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Dear Eleanor; <br />Thank you for your quick response to permit applications <br />submitted for Hart Lawrence. <br />The following issues have been addressed: <br />1). City of Ripon Fire Prevention has no permit <br />requirements. San Joaquin County Fire Department will <br />sign off on this permit. <br />2). USA will be notified and the request number will be <br />submitted if necessary. <br />3). The run of lateral piping from the suction pump to the <br />UST is approximately 5 feet. A sample here should not <br />be needed. <br />4). A sample will be taken for each 25 cubic yards of soil <br />excavated. <br />5). Mr. Lawrence has been notified of the back fees owed and <br />these fees will be addressed. <br />6).
