The SSP must be reviewed and signed by all on-site <br />employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the site. General safe work practices <br />are identified in the Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (GZA) Injury and Illness Prevention Manual <br />and apply to all GZA work sites. <br />The provisions set -forth in this SSP shall apply to GZA employees, Elite Contractors Inc. (Elite), <br />and any subcontractors working for GZA or Elite at the job site. All personnel working for GZA <br />and Elite at the job site must read this SSP, and sign the attached Compliance Agreement before <br />entering the work area. Field personnel may deviate from the safety provisions set -forth in this <br />SSP, but only to upgrade or increase the safety requirements. GZA or Elite personnel may <br />suspend work if unsafe working conditions are identified or observed, or unauthorized <br />modifications to the safety provisions set -forth in this SSP are made. If changes in site or <br />working conditions require changes in safety procedures, appropriate amendments to this SSP <br />will be provided by the GZA project manager or supervisor, with the written approval of a GZA <br />branch safety officer or the GZA Health and Safety Director. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
