Specifically the following items have been addressed: <br />1. Any hazardous waste that an accumulation start date could not be determined has <br />been removed by a licensed hazardous waste hauler. Copies of Consolidated <br />Manifest forms are attached. <br />2. All remaining containers of Hazardous waste material have been properly labeled. <br />See attached photos. <br />3. Attached is a copy of the manifest for the removal of drained Used Oil Filters from <br />November 30, 2009. This was the last time these drained filters were disposed of. I <br />have been unable to locate the consolidated manifests for our used oil and anti -freeze <br />for 2009. We are now exercising better control on these documents. <br />4. Training on Hazardous Materials safe handling, spill clean-up procedures, waste <br />handling and labeling was conducted for all plant personnel. Our Assembly and Paint <br />Shop personnel are designated the Spill Clean-up Team. We did additional training <br />with them on spill clean-up, use of our Spill Clean-up Kits, and waste handling. <br />5.
