SAN JOAQUIN <br />.—COUNTY <br />,- <br />Greotness grows it,, <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />Time In: 9:00 am <br />Time Out: 9:57 am <br />Name of Facility: RALEYS #306 <br />Date: 08/24/2018 <br />Address: 4255 E MORADA LN, STOCKTON 95212 <br />Owner/Operator: RALEY'S SUPERMARKETS <br />Telephone: (209) 956-3168 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Complaint #: C00047302 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES MOLD IN REFRIGERATION SECTION NEAR WATER (SEE PHOTOS). <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM — LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />As per manager, she was aware of the complaint. Mold was from spilled Rock Star drink on the shelf. She contacted the food <br />safety sanitation personnel( Toni) and the maintenance department to deal with the problem. They put the cases down, <br />cleaned shelves with chlorinated solution with chlorine 100 ppm. During my visit, they were in the cleaning and sanitizing <br />process and I didn't see any mold on shelves. <br />As per manager, she contacted the complainant to inform him that problem is solved. <br />OIR emailed to dmendes@raleys.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
