Hazelton Ave., <br />Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br />To whom it may concern, <br />10/16/2012 <br />On October 2, 2012 we were visited by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for <br />the annual inspection of our underground storage tank. There were some violations that were <br />discovered at the time of the inspection. This note is to signify that I have corrected each of the <br />violations and will address how they will be prevented in the future. <br />104. Current Financial Responsibility Documents. Facility manager will acquire a copy of the current <br />liability documents from the Toys R Us corporate office on or around July 1 of each year and place a <br />copy of the document in the compliance binder. A copy will also be sent with the Financial Responsibility <br />document to the Environmental Health Department on or before October 1 of each year. <br />206. Designated operator training will be arranged by the facilities manager and documentation of the <br />training will be retained and available for subsequent inspections.
