There were some violations that were <br />discovered at the time of the inspection. This note is to signify that I have corrected each of the <br />violations and will address how they will be prevented in the future. <br />104. Tank information not current. Vent tube listed in CERS as double walled. This was updated to state <br />single walled and resubmitted in CERS. <br />201. Failed to maintain alarm logs and/or records of follow-up actions. Discussed with all users to ensure <br />proper notations in the logs. Regular inspections will be made of the logs to ensure compliance by tank <br />owner. <br />207. Designated Operator inspection reports not completed. Regular inspection of the DO comments <br />and notes will be made by DO to ensure reports are completed. <br />319. Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of. <br />Regular inspections will be conducted to ensure there is no water present in in the under dispenser <br />containment sump.
