Statement in Response to Violations noted during Site Inspection at 1524 Fresno Ave in Stockton on <br />march 26th, 2013 <br />108: Six month testing on piping for satellite #1 has been completed and required test reports have <br />been submitted <br />115: Tightness testing results have been submitted. <br />301 & 307: Additional secondary containment testing has been performed. An additional permit was <br />issued and repairs have been made. The final is scheduled for 3/14/2014. <br />303: We will monitor the sumps to verify that the sensor are at the lowest point. <br />306: The dispenser was put out of service until the part could be replaced and inspected. <br />310: The liquid was removed from the sump and placed in a sealed drum for disposal through a licensed <br />disposal company <br />RECEIVED <br />MAR 14 2014 <br />EWRONMEN-W HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT <br />
