The following identifies the violation documented in tnp <br /> of Violations report followed by PG&E's response: <br /> 1. 201. SPCC Plan certification by a Professional Engineer is incomplete. In the SPCC plan so <br /> recommends several facility modifications to be done within six months of the SPCC plan do& <br /> Some but not all modifications were addressed in an attachment with the SPCC plan. A anew K W <br /> recommended modifications and have the PE recertify the SPCC plan. <br /> PG&E identified several small production fluid tanks as having insufficient secondary 4~ vw <br /> volume. There are a total of 12 tanks requiring corrective action. We will install smaller ails Ona e <br /> some cases replace containment pads. Seasonal operational constraints of the McDonald gilt%cft <br /> will cause some delays, but we plan to begin installation in November of this year and cor-woaer ad as <br /> upgrades by the third quarter of 2014. <br /> Upon completion, a qualified P.E. will amend and re-certify the SPCC plan. Due to tragi amwxjw <br /> compliance schedule, PG&E can provide periodic updates to the Department upon request. <br /> 2. 517. Failed to conduct inspections and tests and maintain records in accordance with the si'4 ,. pta <br /> The inspection testing schedule document states that several of the tanks required a forair�Certie <br /> inspection on November 10, 2012. A record for these inspections was not found onsite. The Aailpwdiam <br /> must be done by a certified tank inspector as defined in the inspected testing schedule. <br /> PG&E has amended the due date noted in 2010 SPCC for a new due date of November 2015 to have <br /> completed the inspections.
