SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS (CLASS I, CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) Minor 1) Failed to prepare a written SPCC plan. At time of inspection facility did not have a SPCC plan. Immediately prepare a SPCC plan for this facility in accordance with CFR 112. Plan must be certified by a professional engineer. Within 30 days, July 10, 2010 provide this office with a copy of the SPCC plan for review. The plan will be returned once review is complete. Complete and submit the "Return to compliance certification" with a statement addressing how each of the above listed violations have or will be corrected to this office within 30 days, July 10, 2010. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115).
