I would like to notify you that we are very close to buttoning up all the corrective actions to the violations listed in the report. I would like to request that we extend our submittal to be able to submit next week once all parties have had the opportunity to review and ensure we are in compliance. GRI is also waiting on a response from our App Developer to assist in editing our monthly inspection report to ensure compliance with violation 715.
