As part of the inspection, we
were deficient in recording the inspection of the liquid level gauges. On the attachment I have highlighted the area that
now shows that we are including the "Liquid level gauges for tanks". The inspection form that is included is an example
and is not the actual monthly inspection. The actual inspection will be conducted by our site foreman sometime this
month and beginning with June's inspection we will be including the review of liquid level sensing devices.
If you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you,
Cory Turney, E.I.T
Plant Engineer
George Reed, Inc.
Corv.turnevna,i!eoreereed.com
209-531-6414 (cell)
From: Aaron Hang [EH] [mailto:ahang@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, June 01, 2018 10:50 AM
To: Cory Turney <cory.turney@georgereed.com>
Cc: Randy Tilford {BRI - Agency Compliance} <Randy.Tilford@reed.net>
Subject: RE: APSA and HW Inspections
Hello Cory,
Any update on the monthly inspection reports to include verification of liquid level sensing devices?
If you have the new inspection forms, send over a completed monthly inspection form, and I will close out the remaining
violation for the aboveground tanks.
Thanks,
Aaron Hang
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County,
Environmental Health Department
209-468-3453
ahang@sicehd.com
