Notice of Violatl..i and <br />Schedule for Compliance <br />Gene Gabbard Inc. <br />3. Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Section 25250.7 <br />Gene Gabbard Inc., violated Health and Safety Code, <br />Division 20, Section 25250.7 in that prior to December <br />7, 1988 Gene Gabbard Inc., intentionally contaminated <br />used oil. <br />Discussion with Mr. Collins, during a December 7, 1988 <br />inspection, revealed that waste solvents are mixed with <br />waste oil prior to releasing it to an oil recycler. <br />II. Schedule for Corrections: <br />Violations 1, 2, and 3; Gene Gabbard Inc., shall attain full <br />compliance with Title 22, Ca. Code of Regs. immediately. <br />Please send written certification, which contains the sample <br />certification statement indicated on the enclosed sheet, to this <br />office as soon as the above corrections have been completed. <br />The Department will conduct a re -inspection of Gene Gabbard Inc., <br />to verify compliance. <br />The issuance of this Notice of Violation and Schedule for <br />Compliance does not preclude DHS from taking administrative, <br />civil, or criminal action as a result of the violations noted <br />herein. <br />If you have any questions regarding this Notice, please contact <br />Joseph R.
