Completion Date: 6C o� otr cl <br /> READ AND UNDERSTAND PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR SITE <br /> 1 Bring all equipment to develop newly installed monitoring wells (MW5-MW7) and to purge <br /> and sample existing wells (MW1-MW4) I expect you will need bailers, pump, meters, <br /> interface probe, w/1 probe, surge block All wells are 2" diameter Wells MW1-MW4 are <br /> about 32 feet deep, wells MW5-MW7 are about 36-37 feet deep Water level at about 24-25 <br /> feet <br /> 2 Monitor depth to water in all site wells The order is MW7, MW5, MW6, MW4, MW2, <br /> MW3 MW3 is hot and has free product (and skimmer) Use interface probe on well MW3 <br /> If you will be there for two days, then leave the skimmer out of well MW3 overnight and <br /> remonitor all wells (DTW) on second day <br /> 3 Develop new wells in order The order is MW7, MW5, MW6 First use pump to pump and <br /> overpump well (relatively high gpm) until sediment is reduced When sediment in well is <br /> visibly reduced, then lower surge block in well and gently surge up and down throughout the <br /> saturated screen Use a gentle motion so as not to bring too much fine-grained material into <br /> the sand pack Collect groundwater samples within 2 hours of completing development in <br /> each well Measure water parameters (pH, conductivity, temperature, turbidity) during <br /> development <br /> 4 Purge and sample remaining wells in order Order is MW4, MW2, MW1, MW3 MW3 is <br /> hot and had free product since June 2001 MWs 1, 2, 4 are mildly impacted with PCE <br /> Sample all wells within 2 hours after finishing the purge <br /> 5 Send samples to Argon EPA 8260 full scan plus oxygenates + EDB, 1,2-DCA. Also <br /> sample and analyze new wells for TPHgBTEX, TPHd, and TRPH (418.1) Note on chain <br /> of custody that EDF is required L <br /> 6 Contain water in properly label drums <br /> 7 Take drum count and consolidate all drums in convenient Iocation <br /> 8 Coordinate disposal of liquid waste with American Valley <br />
