El Dorado Street, Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Duncan:
On April 19, 2006, a Ground Zero technician monitored the status of the automated belt skimmer at
the subject site. Upon arrival the reservoir was full of water, however no oil was in the oil/water
separator or the oil drum. As per our discussion we temporarily shut the skimmer down on April 19,
2006.
We expect to restart the system May 8, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. and allow it to run for the remainder of the
week from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. We will monitor the skimmer again on May 12,
2006 to determine if any recoverable waste oil remains in the well.
Please feel free to contact me at(209) 838-9888 if you have any questions regarding this submittal.
Respectfully,
Ground Zero Analysis,Inc.
Joseph L.
