El Dorado Street, Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Duncan:
Enclosed herewith are completed drilling permit applications and the associated fee to drill and
sample three pilot borings to a depth of 50 feet using a direct push drilling rig, and to drill and install
three groundwater monitoring wells at the subject site.
We have tentatively scheduled to drill the pilot borings on May 6, 2003 and install the monitoring
wells on May 22 and 23, 2003.
In addition to the scheduled drilling, Ground Zero has ordered a passive skimmer to install in well
MW3. The skimmer should be delivered during the week of April 21, 2003 and will be installed
shortly thereafter. A planned free-product recovery pump test has been postponed because the
water levels in site wells have declined to levels below the desired groundwater elevation for the
test.
Please feel free to call me or John Lane at(209) 838-9888 if you have any questions.
Respectfully,
iTir
Staff Geologist
Enclosures: Drilling Permit Application
Ck#OIZ,- S ($89.00)
cc: Mr. Patrick D.
