You are directed to begin the process for <br /> obtaining the necessary City of Stockton encroachment permits,access agreements and county well permits <br /> immediately. The deadline for the installation of these wells is June 14,2002. A Report of Findings must be <br /> submitted to SJC/EHD within 60 days following completion of the fieldwork. <br /> 2.The work plan failed to address,as directed,the issue of vertical definition of the VOC contaminant plume. <br /> Include it in the addendum. <br /> 3.The work plan faded to address,as directed,the issue of feasibility testing. Include it in the addendum. - <br /> 4. The addendum is due May 13,2002.
