Company personnel visit the facility on an almost daily basis. During each visit they inspect all <br /> product storage and transfer areas for evidence of petroleum releases. The oil/water separator is <br /> inspected monthly for oil accumulations or more frequently if possible evidence or petroleum release <br /> is observed. Any problems or potential problems are immediately reported to the SPCC coordinator. <br /> ❑ Visible Oil Leak Corrections from Tank Seams and Gaskets <br /> Any problems or potential problems reported to the SPCC coordinator are immediately investigated <br /> and corrected under the direction of the SPCC coordinator. Any hydrocarbon released prior to repairs <br /> is cleaned up immediately by the SPCC coordinator or operations personnel. <br /> ❑ Appropriate Position of Mobile or Poriable Oil Storage Tcmk <br /> There are no portable tanks present at this facility. One empty 55-gallon drum is kept onsite as shown <br /> in Figure 2 to store used absorbent/spills. <br /> C. Facility Transfer Operations <br /> ❑ Buried Piping Installation Protection and Examination <br /> All underground piping at this facility is double walled fiberglass <br /> i kls. The construction methods and materials of all pipelines are compatible with the <br /> hydrocarbons(i.e.diesel fuel)being transported. <br /> ❑ Not-in-,Service and Standby Service Terminal Connections <br /> Terminal connections for all tank piping are capped when not in use and marked as to origin. All <br /> valves into and out of the bulk storage tanks are locked in the closed position when not in use. <br /> ❑ Pipe Supports Design <br /> All piping runs at this facility are underground. <br /> ❑ Aboveground Valve and Pipeline Inspection <br /> All piping nuns at this facility are underground. <br /> ❑ Aboveground Pipeline Pro/ection from Vehicular Traffic <br /> All piping runs at this facility are underground. <br /> 6 <br />
