Prime Shine Express Lube <br /> Summary of resolution to violations found on 5/27/10 <br /> #7: Wynn's transmission flush machine was removed by our maintenance department and subsequently <br /> returned to vendor. Our procedure in the future for machines under repair or not being used will be to <br /> tag them as such or arrange for the vendor to pick them up. <br /> #45: Contingency plan is now current. Further adjustments were made to the contingency plan as <br /> recommended by Mr.Aris Cacapit and resubmitted via mail. <br /> #49: Training records are now being kept on site. Any safety or operational meeting held since January, <br /> 2010 has a copy left in our contingency binder located on site.
