I have done the following: <br /> 1. 601 —Request 90 day implementation to allow proper draining of tanks before they <br /> are elevated. This will be completed for all 7 tanks by January 30, 2011. Process to <br /> begin immediately as tanks are emptied. <br /> 2. 603 —A log of daily tank inspections has been developed and implemented effective <br /> 11/1/2011. A sample copy is attached for your review. <br /> 3. The Return to Compliance Certification has been completed and is attached. <br /> 4. The Consolidated Emergency Response/Contingency Plan has been completed and is <br /> attached. <br /> 5. The personnel training records have been relocated to the store. They have been <br /> completed for each employee working in the store. The Hazardous Material Employee <br /> Training Policy Statement, Outline and Checklist have been attached. Job descriptions <br /> for all positions in the store are attached. <br /> 6. The operating permit Application—Form A, has been completed and is attached. <br /> 7. The Operating Permit Application—Tank Information—Form B has been completed <br /> on all 11 tanks and they are attached. <br /> Please let me know if any additional information is required of me in order to comply <br /> with all laws and requirements. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Thomas S.
