Box 177
Tracy, CA 95378-0177
ABOVEGROUND PETROLEUM STORAGE TANK INSPECTION,WESTSIDE IRRIGATION
DISTRICT—TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
On 15 February 2000, I inspected the aboveground petroleum storage tank(s) at 20100 South Wickland,
Tracy, as detailed in the enclosed report. Overall, I found the tanks and dispensing systems to be well
maintained. However, since these aboveground tanks are single-walled, the Aboveground Petroleum
Storage Act (APSA)requires them to have secondary containment. Your compliance with APSA will
be contingent on the construction of the required containment structure.
By 21 April 2000,please submit a construction proposal for secondary containment designed to contain
a 110%of the volume of the largest tank. The proposal must include a time schedule for the completion
of the work.
If you have any questions, please call me at(916) 255-3029.
G.
