Box 107 <br /> Holt, CA 95234 <br /> SECOND NOTIFICATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br /> ABOVEGROUND PETROLEUM STORAGE ACT,WHISKEY SLOUGH HARBOR- <br /> HOLT, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Our letter dated 14 February 2001 requested your compliance with the Aboveground Petroleum <br /> Storage Act (APSA). Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br /> storage tanks at 3401 So. Whiskey Slough Rd., Lathrop subject to the APSA and pay the <br /> appropriate fee to the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB). The SWRCB has not <br /> received your storage statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)Plan <br /> for the aboveground tanks by 16 April 2001. To date,we have not received your certified SPCC <br /> Plan. <br /> By 8 June 2001, you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the storage <br /> statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to <br /> comply with the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br /> If you have any questions regarding these requirements,you may contact G.
