San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.sogov.org/ehd <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Pro on-site 1 2010 W Fremont St, Stockton August 02, 2018 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In work bay: <br /> One white 5 gallon plastic bucket containing metal shavings was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> hazardous waste properties. <br /> In the oil storage area: <br /> -One grey 55 gallon steel drum (90%full)containing used oil was observed with a hazardous waste label missing <br /> the hazardous waste properties. <br /> -One grey 55 gallon poly drum containing used antifreeze was observed without the physical state and the <br /> hazardous waste properties. <br /> -Two 25 gallon steel drip pans containing used oil were observed without a hazardous waste label. The owner <br /> stated that the pans are emptied approximately every 1-2 weeks. <br /> -One 5 gallon grey plastic bucket containing used oil from the parts washer was observed without a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 1, 2018. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
