C � PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING BITE MITIGATION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at 2050 E . Fremont , in the City of Stockton ( APN 153 - 130 - 03 ) has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division ( PHS / EHD ) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks ( UST ) which were located on the property . San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division , Local UST Oversight Program , has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with local , State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination . The corrective action plan is available for public review at the Stockton Central Library , 605 N . El Dorado , Stockton and PHS / EHD , 445 N . San Joaquin Street , Stockton , California , during normal working hours , 8 : 00 a . m . - 5 : 00 p . m . If a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by PHS / EHD by 5 : 00 p . m . , October 28 , 1991 , the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time . All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS / EHD at P . O . Box 2009 , Stockton , 95201 .
