FREMONT <br /> We have completed our review of both field activity reports : <br /> November 1989 and August 1990 . We are awaiting comments from the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board . <br /> At your request of October 8 , 1990 , we will schedule a meeting with <br /> our regional board representative to discuss the next phase of <br /> work . Please be prepared to present your recommendations and <br /> conclusions during our joint meeting , as these elements of the <br /> investigation were not included in either of the aforementioned <br /> reports . We will notify you as to the time and place of the <br /> meeting . <br /> In the interim , quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to <br /> Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division and Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board ( CVRWQCB ) until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate ( pursuant <br /> to Section 2652 ( d ) of the Underground Storage Tank Regulations , <br /> California Administrative Code , Title 23 , Subchapter 16 . The <br /> reports are to show the : <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date ; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation ; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented , <br /> schedules for the completion of the investigation <br /> of the site and remediation ; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater <br /> elevation , pH , conductivity , gradient ; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling ; <br /> and <br /> -a site map showing the " zero line " of <br /> contamination , if known , and changes in the above <br /> measurements over the last quarter . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
