This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No . 00-0554 on <br /> November 14 , 2000 , and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton . <br /> 2.
