IF WORK DOES NOT BEGIN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE ISSUANCE OF A CONTROL NUMBER, THE CONTROL NUMBER WILL - BECOME INVALID AND THE PERMITTEE SHALL CALL FOR A NEW CONTROL NUMBER.
