(AGE) and has the
following comments .
The Work Plan proposes conducting an insitu pilot test utilizing the chemical oxidant agent
RegenOx coupled with oxygen releasing compound (ORC). The EHD approves
conducting a remedial pilot test, but the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB)
requires that a general permit for waste discharge be obtained from them prior to injection
of oxidizing chemicals into the subsurface. Once you have obtained this permit from the
RWQCB, you may submit a San Joaquin County well permit application for installation of
the proposed injection points.
Sincerely,
Lori Duncan , REHS Nuel C.
