November 3, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />125. Failed to maintain copy of consolidated manifest on site for a minimum of 3 years. Manifest was <br />found for 2013, 2012 and 2010. Receipts for 2011 missing. <br />RESPONSE: Please see attached for 2011 receipts for Evergreen. <br />610. A metal drum of drained used oil filter, located by the South Hangars, is lacking the start <br />accumulation date on the label "Drained Used Oil Filters". Used oil filters must be stored in a closed <br />rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters", and marked with an accumulation start date. <br />RESPONSE: New labels and start dates have been attached to barrel with accumulation start date in <br />rainproof closed container. <br />305. Two yellow secondary containment for the two used oil drums located by the South Hangars was <br />observed with at least 2 inches of used oil standing in the bottom. All facility communications and alarm <br />systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment shall be <br />tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of emergency. Spill <br />containment shall be maintained clean and dry at all times so as to detect a leak at the earliest <br />opportunity. Immediately remove and properly dispose of all hazardous waste from spill containment <br />and maintain all spill containment clean and dry at all times. Submit a written statement on how this <br />was completed. <br />RESPONSE: Barrel has been cleaned with absorbent pads. Emptied over pack into second drum. <br />Cleaned and dried secondary containment with absorbent pads. Placed all used absorbent pads in <br />absorbent waste drum.
