Cesar Ruvalcaba <br />Re: Return to Compliance <br />i <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />The following documents should answer the violations from September 2018 inspection, and should bring <br />us back into compliance. They are identified along with your item number. <br />Item #203 CFR 112.3 Warning Signs have been posted alerting drivers of proper procedures. (See Photos <br /># I -IA, as per SPCC Pg 16.) <br />Item #301 CFR 112.5(e) The Slave Dispenser has been removes. There is no underground piping in use. <br />All piping has been purged and capped. (See Photos #2-2A) SPCC Plan amended Pg 14(b) <br />CFR 112.8(c)(11) All 55 Gallon product drums and waste oil tanks are mobile and or portable (pg 32) <br />Plan amended. <br />Item #619 CFR 112.7(f)(1) All oil handling personnel have been trained in the operation and maintenance <br />of equipment to prevent discharges. All shop personnel has reviewed the SPCC Plan. See documents #3- <br />3A. <br />Item #622 CFR 112.7 (f)(3) Annual Discharge prevention training for Oil Handling personnel will be <br />conducted annually. <br />Item #710 CFR 112.8 (c)(6) Tank certification shall be performed on a five year basis. Certified non- <br />destâ–º active ulh asonic testing occurred on May 5, 2015.
