The briefings will also highlight and describe known discharge events <br />or failures, malfunctioning components, and recently implemented. precautionary <br />measures and best practices. Personnel will also be instructed In operation and <br />maintenance of equipment to prevent the discharge of oil, and in applicable <br />pollution laws, rules, and regulations.
