The drums were <br />said to part of the annual system certification and were labeled as hazardous waste containing diesel in some <br />cases. The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan must be amended when there is a change <br />in the facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that materially affects its potential for a discharge, <br />within 6 months of the change, and implemented as soon as possible, not later than 6 months following preparation <br />of the amendment. Immediately make all necessary amendments to the SPCC Plan to accurately represent the <br />procedures and policies currently in place at the facility. Provide a copy of the amended SPCC plan to the <br />Environmental Health Department. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by January 9, 2019. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
