The Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act requires that secondary <br />containment be constructed to contain 110% of the volume of the largest tank. Therefore, by <br />15 December 1999, please provide this office with a time schedule to construct the secondary <br />containment. <br />If you have any questions, you may call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />G.
