The following items must be submitted and <br /> deficiencies/discrepancies must be corrected prior to approval: <br /> 1. Manufactures specification sheets were not submitted for any of the equipment that is <br /> proposed for use. <br /> 2. Submit contractor training records for one of the employees that will be onsite during the <br /> installation of the piping, sumps and tanks that are proposed for use. <br /> 3. State what level the vapor recovery ball float valves are to be set at for drawings TK-3,4. <br /> 4. Submit installation instructions for the tanks and piping. <br /> 5. Submit a detailed monitoring and response plan. Note: the monitoring plan must include <br /> a plot plan which diagrams the location of the sensors and monitoring panel. <br /> Please remit these corrections to me.
