Below is a line-by-line list of each violation and the <br /> corrective measures taken or to be taken. We will make every effort to comply with all State <br /> and local regulations required by law. <br /> Violation Corrective Measure <br /> #104 Financial Responsibility Submitted <br /> #303 STP Sump Detection Completed and Retested <br /> #206 Employee Training The employee noted in the inspection Jevan <br /> was and <br /> is still considered to be a temporary employee <br /> and is <br /> being trained for a possible permanent <br /> position. He has never been scheduled or has <br /> ever worked alone at this facility. He has only <br /> worked at this facility under supervision of <br /> other employees who have been fully trained <br /> under the State's requirements. All pre- <br /> assigned employees at this is site have been <br /> fully trained in their duties under the Facilities <br /> Best Management Practices. This is fully <br /> documented in the training records kept on <br /> site. If he is hired for a permanent position he <br /> will be trained immediately <br /> according to the State's requirements. <br /> #204 D.O.
