I have done the following: <br />1. 601 — Request 90 day implementation to allow proper draining of tanks before they <br />are elevated. This will be completed for all 7 tanks by January 30, 2011. Process to <br />begin immediately as tanks are emptied. <br />2. 603 — A log of daily tank inspections has been developed and implemented effective <br />11/1/2011. A sample copy is attached for your review. <br />3. The Return to Compliance Certification has been completed and is attached. <br />4. The Consolidated Emergency Response / Contingency Plan has been completed and is <br />attached. <br />5. The personnel training records have been relocated to the store. They have been <br />completed for each employee working in the store. The Hazardous Material Employee <br />Training Policy Statement, Outline and Checklist have been attached. Job descriptions <br />for all positions in the store are attached. <br />6. The operating permit Application — Form A, has been completed and is attached. <br />7. The Operating Permit Application — Tank Information — Form B has been completed <br />on all 11 tanks and they are attached. <br />Please let me know if any additional information is required of me in order to comply <br />with all laws and requirements. <br />Thank you, <br />Thomas S.
